Job Title: Care Coordinator
Salary: £18,000 - £20,000

A Fantastic opportunity has arisen to join Radfield Home Care Chingford & Loughton as a Care Coordinator and develop a career in care management.

Working as part of a team, you’ll be responsible for supporting the Registered Care Manager with the daily operations of our premium home care service, such as managing care needs with clients and their families, supporting a team of care professionals, setting and managing rotas and keeping essential records up-to-date.

You’re someone who loves working with people, organisation and getting things done. You’ll need a UK driver’s licence, be over the age of 18 and have access to a vehicle.

• Carrying out assessments for new clients and devising person centred care plans
• Regular compliance audits
• Handling incoming queries from Clients and care professionals
• Creating efficient staff rotas and participating in the on call rota
• Assisting with recruitment, interviews & onboarding
• Coordination & delivery of staff in person training and e-learning
• Supporting with staff appraisals and supervisions
• Attending care calls as required

• Level 5 Health & Social care or be willing to work towards this
• At least 2 years experience within the home care sector
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Ability to be flexible around core hours to meet the needs of the client and the team
• Full driving licence and access to a vehicle
