Those Huge Small Victories

Our teachers are fulfilled by the idea of making even the smallest positive changes in our young people, so we celebrate the little things. There’s lots of ups and downs, and for some of our young people, sitting through a lesson can be a big win. We call these huge small victories and, while they may seem small on the surface, they add up to make a big difference.

Get

Out What You Put In

You’ll be working with children and young people with Autistic Spectrum Disorder/Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs. You’ll help them develop their abilities and raise their self‑esteem. You need to be resilient and dedicated, and the small victories you achieve will make you proud.

It can be a tough journey, but the positive steps forward will more than make up for it. As a Teacher at Witherslack Group, you’ll get all the support you need to succeed—from in‑house psychologists to teaching assistants and therapy professionals. Your colleagues will be the best at what they do, the school environments will be well‑resourced, and we’ll be with you every step of the way.

One

of the best environments in SEND

Luxborough Court School is a brand‑new, purpose‑built school registered for 150 pupils aged 5‑19 with Autistic Spectrum Disorder. It has a large sports hall with changing facilities, a bespoke 6th form suite, and other therapeutic spaces. The school also offers extensive outdoor space, a large central courtyard garden, and separate secondary and junior playgrounds.

The school benefits from good public transport connections with Chigwell Station—less than a mile away, providing Central Line Tube services to London and Essex. The road links are good, with the site located near the M11, Junction 4.
