Salary: £150 - £220 per day (dependent on experience)

We are working with a welcoming and supportive two-form entry, Ofsted-rated Good primary school in Waltham Forest to recruit an enthusiastic Primary Class Teacher. The school has a strong, collaborative staff team and a leadership structure that is particularly supportive of teachers in the early stages of their career, making this a fantastic opportunity for ECTs — while remaining equally suitable for more experienced teachers.

The successful Primary Class Teacher will join a well‑organised school with clear behaviour expectations, shared planning, and a strong focus on staff development and wellbeing. On‑site parking is available, making the school easily accessible for staff travelling by car.

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the National Curriculum.
• Create a positive, inclusive, and well‑managed classroom environment.
• Assess, track, and support pupil progress effectively.
• Adapt teaching to meet the needs of all learners, including SEND and EAL pupils.
• Work collaboratively with year group partners, support staff, and leadership.
• Maintain high expectations for learning, behaviour, and achievement.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or a relevant teaching qualification.
• Confident classroom presence and strong communication skills.
• A reflective and proactive approach to professional development.
• Enhanced DBS Certificate with the Update Service.
• Right to work in the UK.
