Junior Quantity Surveyor – Interior Fit-Out Team

Romford | Salary: £35,000–£50,000 |

Hours:

8am–5pm, Monday–Friday

A well-established commercial fit-out company is seeking a Junior Quantity Surveyor to join their office-based washroom/interior fit-out team in Romford. Reporting to the Director, this role offers excellent exposure to commercial projects across the South of England and the opportunity to develop your career within a supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Support commercial interior fit-out projects through sub-contractor management, cost reporting, and invoice processing.
Assist in change management and preparation of variation orders.
Produce schedules, take-offs, measurements, order enquiries, and estimates.
Support contract execution and administration processes.
Work independently and collaboratively to deliver project requirements on time.

Requirements:

Experience in commercial interior fit-out.
Experience in sub-contractor management and variation/change management.
Competent in cost reporting, payment applications, and invoice processing.
Ability to produce schedules, take-offs, measurements, order enquiries, and estimates.
Knowledge of contract execution and administration.
Able to work independently and as part of a wider project team.
Strong organizational skills to meet deadlines.

Benefits:

Salary £35,000–£50,000 (depending on experience)
