Electrical Supervisor

Client:
My client are a mechanical and electrical building services contractor specialising in high end residential projects across London and the home counties. Trading for over 20 years, our client is recognised as a market leading MEP Residential contractor. Projects can range from £2m - £10m+ MEP value.

Development of good working relationships with their clients is key to our client’s success. As a result, they benefit from a large amount of repeat business. The majority of our client base comes through personal recommendation, referrals and repeat business and includes numerous Tier 1 High End Residential Contractors.

Roles and Responsibilities:

* Day to day coordination of subcontractors on site

* Ordering labour and materials

* Health & Safety

* Tools Box Talks & Site Inductions

* Ensuring works run to programme

* Site meetings with client and contractors

* Quality Assurance

The ideal candidate:

* Have a minimum of 3 years in a supervisory role

* Hold a current SSSTS / CSCS

* Must have experience running Electrical Projects over £2M

* Ideally have experience within the residential or commercial sector.

* Strong communication skills

* A willingness to develop their career and to strive towards promotion
