Quantity Surveyor

Overview

Our client is a national developer/contractor undertaking major new build residential & mixed-use schemes across the country. Projects are generally high-rise towers/frames with retail & commercial space at ground & 1st floor levels and residential apartments above.

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to be based at their head office in Essex, reporting into the Head of Commercial. The role will primarily work in close collaboration with the cladding remediation team, providing an end‑to‑end service for high‑rise and mid‑rise façade remediation schemes. Work will be split between the head office and various cladding remediation sites across London.

• Collaborate closely with the cladding remediation team across multiple sites.
• Offer end‑to‑end services for high‑rise and mid‑rise façade remediation projects.
• Partner with the Head of Commercial to deliver high‑quality outcomes.

• Strong experience with cladding remediation projects.
• Deep understanding of the Building Safety Act and façade works requirements.
• Background in developer or contractor roles preferred; subcontractor experience also considered.

Flexible/hybrid working arrangements. Salary range £65k – £70k basic + full package including car allowance, pension, healthcare and bonus.
