About the role

We are looking for an experienced Access Control / Door Entry Contracts Manager for a series of contracts across London and the South‑East. RGE is a rapidly growing Fire and Electrical compliance business with a great track record in investing in our staff to help them further their careers.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the effective day‑to‑day management of the contract’s reactive and PPM service delivery.
  • Lead, support and develop your team to ensure the highest professional standards are achieved at all times.
  • Develop a strong collaborative working relationship with clients to promote excellent customer service.
  • Manage all aspects of accurate pricing from quotations, through works review, to invoicing.
  • Ensure all KPIs are measured and delivered in line with client expectations.
  • Take responsibility for the procurement of any materials required for the contract.
  • Take a proactive approach to ensure all best practices for legal & compliance matters are achieved.
  • Supervise & train less experienced supervisors and engineers.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of three years’ experience in contract management, preferably in the public sector.
  • Strong knowledge of Access Control and Door Entry.
  • Computer literacy:
    Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word.
  • Good presentation, leadership & management skills.
Schedule
  • Monday – Friday 08:00am – 05:00pm with 1‑hour lunch break.
