Lead Truck & Trailer Technician

• Carrying out inspections, diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on Trailers & Trucks
• Lead by example on the tools, supporting the team with diagnostics, repairs, job quality and productivity across the workshop.
• Oversee day-to-day workflow in the bay, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to TIP standards with minimal downtime.
• Support and mentor technicians/apprentices, helping with technical guidance, problem-solving, and maintaining high workshop standards.
• Working closely with a team that’s hands-on, supportive, and values your input
• Keeping our fleet road-ready and safe for the long haul

• Mechanical experience (trailers, HGVs, or similar)
• A proactive mindset and a sense of ownership in your work
• A good sense of humour – we work hard, but we like a laugh too
