• The Maintenance Joiner plays a crucial role in supporting the Repairs Team Leaders by delivering high-quality repairs, maintenance, and investment services. This position ensures that all joinery and associated multi-trade tasks are completed efficiently and safely, aligning with CBC’s mission, vision, and values. The role involves contributing to responsive repairs, voids, gas servicing compliance, and planned maintenance while providing excellent customer service to tenants and residents.

• Carry out all types of joinery repairs, replacements, and upgrade works.
• Work in a multi-skilled capacity and assist with cross-trade duties when required.
• Complete all works to a high standard and within agreed service timescales.
• Inspect items of disrepair, assess repair options, and recommend appropriate remedial action.
• Make good disturbed structures/finishes and highlight additional works required by other trades.

• Proven experience undertaking joinery repairs and general property maintenance.
• Experience delivering responsive repairs, planned maintenance, and void property works.
• Recognised joinery qualification (NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent).
• Strong joinery skills across a broad range of repair types.
