Role Description

This is a full‑time on‑site role located in Loughborough for an Associate Account Executive. The Associate Account Executive will be responsible for identifying and nurturing potential clients, managing customer accounts, and collaborating with internal teams to tailor solutions to clients' needs. They will assist in achieving sales targets, prepare proposals, and contribute to strategic planning for client engagement.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting client relationships
  • Sales and negotiation abilities with an understanding of account management principles
  • Analytical skills and experience in market research and identifying customer needs
  • Time management, organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and tools; familiarity with cloud-based solutions is preferred
  • Adaptability to work in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment
  • Professional demeanor and a results‑driven mindset
  • Previous experience in sales, account management, or business development is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
