Design My Night

Design My Night , part of The Access Group, is one of the UK’s leading and fastest‑growing providers of ticketing, marketing, booking and enquiry management solutions, servicing thousands of bars, clubs, restaurants and event companies across the UK. We are the ultimate nightlife discovery tool, allowing users to discover and book into the best bars, pubs, clubs and buy tickets to the hottest events in the UK.

Design My Night  also offers three ground‑breaking systems to the industry: a booking & enquiry management software, Collins; a ticketing software, Tonic; and a gift voucher solution, Soda.

About you

You are a self‑motivated, ambitious, and driven professional who thrives on exceeding expectations and consistently hitting targets. You confidently pitch to large groups, bringing energy, charisma, and a fun yet polished presence that engages any audience. You’re technology‑savvy, highly capable, and organized, with strong diary‑management skills that keep you operating at peak efficiency. As a collaborative team player, you build and nurture strong business relationships with ease.

While experience in the hospitality industry is a bonus, your adaptable mindset and enthusiasm ensure you succeed regardless.

Day‑to‑day responsibilities
  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities through to close.
  • Manage the sales process from lead generation, proposal, presentation and contractual negotiations.
  • Develop strong long‑term relationships with decision‑makers through regular contact, dialogue, meetings and networking with key influencers.
  • Maintain your sales pipeline.
  • Manage a time‑efficient diary, split between sales meetings, cold outreach and time in the office.
Key skills & experience
  • Strong experience within a new business sales environment.
  • Experience or knowledge of the hospitality industry.
  • Strong time‑management and organisational skills.
