Quality Manager - Leading Food Manufacturing Business - Finchley
I'm looking for a talented Quality Manager to join a leading food manufacturing business in London. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about food quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
About the Role
You'll lead the company's quality assurance operations, ensuring products meet the highest standards. On a day-to-day basis, you will:

· Oversee the quality management system (QMS), HACCP, and internal audits.

· Manage testing schedules (microbiological, nutritional, chemical).

· Support external audits and demonstrate compliance.

· Develop the QA team and improve production teams' understanding of technical requirements.

· Monitor KPIs, implement corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement.

· Lead projects to improve efficiency and resource planning across the business.
About You

· 5+ years' experience in food manufacturing in a technical or quality role.

· Strong literacy, numeracy, and communication skills.

· Highly organised with excellent time management.

· BSc or higher in Food Safety or related field.

· Level 3 HACCP & Internal Audit qualification.

· Experience with BRCGS and Retailers' Codes of Practice.
