The primary objective of this role is to develop highly desirable new products, create engaging sales & marketing assets that bring them to life and coordinate impactful launches to ensure commercial success.

• Develop exciting, quality new products that appeal to end users
• Act as product champion and lead Marketing related actions from the NPD process
• Copywrite sales-focused content for all new products and oversee photography and asset creation, keeping the customers’ preferences at the forefront
• Deliver briefings and product training to the sales teams and provide technical information and sales assets to enable them to sell our products to distributors
• Support with distributor meetings, training and events (occasionally requiring time out of the office and outside of usual working hours)
• Advise marketing team on product messaging and support the creation of videos
• Lead the research of competitors and benchmarking
• Report on product portfolio performance – for new and existing products
• Attend national exhibitions in support of Sales & Marketing teams

• Professionalism, with a drive to maintain company and department standards
• The ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Flexibility and open-mindedness to learn and improve processes and own performance
• Experience in a product management-based role (preferable)
• Degree or degree equivalent qualification in Marketing (preferable)
• Relevant product and/or technical knowledge (preferable)
