1) to join our growing team.

In this role, you will be at the heart of our manufacturing process – setting up and running operations such as:
- Dispensing, blending, granulation, compression, coating, encapsulation, and packaging of pharmaceutical products.
- Completing documentation to ensure product quality.
- Keeping equipment and rooms spotless and safe.
- Staying on top of your training and compliance.
- Performing in‑process checks to maintain high standards.
With a clear progression pathway in place, you will be able to progress through the grade structure as you gain more experience. Whether you’re aiming for technical mastery or leadership, we’ll help you get there.
The ideal candidate

Additionally, you should have:
- Basic mathematical skills to compute quantities and or production yield.
- Good ability in reading instructions in batch documentation to be able to clearly complete quality documentation during manufacture.
- Be self‑motivated and ready to make an impact.
- Display flexibility and adaptability, comfortable with the need to adjust to evolving situations to deliver for our clients and patients awaiting new therapies.
