The Loughborough Building Society is an exciting place to work and we’re looking for an individual with high levels of motivation, excellent organisational skills and a “can-do” attitude to join our Savings Team team located at the head office in Loughborough.

About the Role

To provide excellent customer service to members calling us to discuss their savings needs, including when we need to put things right. To process customer savings requests for new accounts and amendments to existing accounts. To be efficient in delivering accurate administration of customer information and payments. Be involved in wider savings team activities to ensure our regulatory reporting and customer mailings are correct.

Being open to learn new things and be part of a team who looks for ways we can be even better.
