This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to join a dynamic and fast‑paced retail fit‑out specialist. You'll be responsible for overseeing 2-3 fast‑track retail projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

The role is split between the East Midlands office and regular site visits across the UK, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a varied and hands‑on environment.

• Manage multiple fast‑track retail fit‑out projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Conduct regular site visits across the UK to monitor progress and resolve issues.
• Maintain strong communication with clients, ensuring expectations are met and exceeded.
• Prepare project reports, documentation, and handover materials.
• Ensure all works comply with health & safety regulations and company standards.

• Minimum 4 years' experience as a Project Manager within the retail fast‑track fit‑out sector.
• Based in the East Midlands with the ability and willingness to travel UK‑wide.
• Proven track record of managing multiple concurrent projects across the retail sector.
• Strong organisational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Full UK driving licence (company car provided).
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver projects to tight deadlines.
