Salary: £35,815.11 + 15% night shift premium

Grade: RCS M

Contract Type: Permanent – Full Time

Shift Patterns: 37.5 hours per week, any 5 from 7 – predominantly Sunday to Thursday 10pm – 6am

Location: Derby – DE74 2BB

We’re now looking for a Flow Shift Manager to lead our operations and drive success. If you’re a proactive leader with a passion for logistics, we want you on our team!

• Directly assist operational management by initiating, monitoring and reporting on the effectiveness of all flow room activities and staff performance
• Manage and implement productivity by communicating job expectations to direct line reports, monitoring workflow and automated equipment, ensuring that all deadlines are safely met within allocated time frames and always maintaining standards of excellence
• Responsible for Health and Safety across the team and driving a Safety First Culture, ensuring all staff are safe in the workplace at all times
• Support a continuous improvement programme to increase efficient and effective working practices within the operation

• Have previous experience in a similar people‑management role within warehousing/supply chain
• Have customer management experience – advantageous
• Have IT literacy with experience using Microsoft Office and Warehouse Management Systems
• Have startup experience – desirable
