Damp & Mould Surveyor

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Damp & Mould Surveyor to join a newly established specialist damp and mould team working within the housing sector.

• £23.00 per hour
• Start ASAP
• 1 Day Office / 4 Days On Site
• Own Vehicle Required

• Carry out damp and mould surveys across residential properties
• Diagnose and identify causes of damp and mould issues
• Specify required remedial works and produce clear reports
• Manage remedial works through to completion using in-house teams and external contractors
• Take protimeter readings and record humidity levels during property inspections
• Ensure works are completed in line with housing standards and legislation

• Proven experience conducting damp and mould surveys
• Strong knowledge of Awaab’s Law and Housing Health and Safety Rating System (HHSRS)
• Ability to confidently identify, diagnose, and recommend solutions for damp and mould problems
• Experience using protimeter equipment to take moisture readings
• Experience managing works through contractors and internal teams
• Full driving licence and access to your own vehicle
