Loughborough (On-site, close to the train station) Salary: £25,000 – £30,000 base + uncapped commission (OTE £50k+ in Year

What You’ll Be Doing

* Own the full 360° recruitment cycle from client acquisition to candidate placement

* Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients and candidates

* Proactively source, screen, and qualify top talent using multiple channels

* Hit and exceed KPIs and revenue targets—your success is rewarded

* Drive new business through cold calling, networking, and referrals

* Collaborate with a supportive team in a fast-paced, high-performance environment

What We’re Looking For

* Recruitment experience (agency or internal)

* Sales or business development background is a plus

* Highly motivated by commission and career growth

* Resilient, results-oriented, and target-driven

* Confident communicator with strong persuasion skills

* Ambitious self-starter with a proactive mindset

* Full UK driving licence (preferred)
