We are looking for an experienced Clinic Manager to lead our well‑established, welcoming aesthetics clinic. The role involves ensuring smooth daily operations, delivering excellent patient care, and maintaining full compliance with CQC requirements.

• Oversee daily clinic operations
• Ensure ongoing CQC compliance, including policies, audits, and inspections
• Act as the main point of contact for CQC‑related matters
• Manage clinic policies, procedures, and governance documentation
• Support, supervise, and motivate clinical and reception staff
• Manage rotas, holidays, and staff performance
• Maintain high standards of patient care and customer experience
• Handle patient queries, feedback, and complaints professionally
• Oversee stock control, ordering, and supplier relationships
• Support business growth, marketing initiatives, and service development

• Proven experience as a Clinic Manager or Practice Manager
• Strong knowledge of CQC standards and compliance (essential)
• Experience with in aesthetics or medical settings
• Excellent organisational and leadership skills
• Confident communicator with a professional and approachable manner
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety and quality
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of clinic operations
• Right to work in the UK
