Are you an experienced Registered Manager with a passion for making a difference in the lives of young people with learning disabilities?

We're seeking a Registered Home Manager (OFSTED) to take the reins of a beautifully presented 5-bed home in Sileby, Leicestershire, with an additional 3 rooms on-site for staff. This is a unique opportunity to lead the relaunch of a home that has already proven its excellence.

• Take registration with OFSTED to enable the re-opening of the home
• Lead on compliance, care planning, and team development
• Build and maintain a high-quality, person-centered environment
• Guide the home through its Assurance Visit in January with a clear path to re-opening
• Work alongside a supportive senior leadership team to re-establish the home’s outstanding standards

• Current or previous Registered Manager experience in a children’s LD setting
• Strong knowledge of OFSTED regulations and standards
• Proven track record of achieving Good or Outstanding ratings
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team-building skills
• Passion for providing exceptional care and outcomes for young people

• 5 spacious bedrooms for children with learning disabilities
• 3 additional staff rooms on-site
• Located in a quiet, supportive community in Sileby, Leicestershire
