Casual Venue Team Leader

Overview

We are now recruiting some new Casual Venue Team Leaders!

As a Casual Venue Team Leader, you’ll play a significant role in the running of LSU’s weekly club night events. The Venue Team Leader is responsible for the running of their designated bar, upholding cleanliness and customer service standards.

To be successful in this role, you’ll need to co-ordinate and support student venue staff within their designated area to ensure their duties are completed to the required standard. You will need to have an ability to work well under pressure and be able to work cooperatively within a team. This includes being able to provide excellent customer service and fulfil tasks required of you by a Venue Manager to a high standard.

The role is offered as casual on LSU Casual Scale 2 (currently £12.82 per hour, plus a holiday pay supplement). Please note that working unsociable hours will be part of this role. Trading patterns are seasonal, reflecting University term times and this will also be reflected in shift pattern.
