? What's the role?As a Service Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the existing management, development and delivery of Transformer Service offerings within the allocated territory. Sustainable growth of such products will be measured in line with assigned targets and key performance indicators.Key Responsibilities:
- To achieve or exceed orders, at budget contribution margin or better, from a defined set of accounts/targets including Actively pursuing new service clients
- Help to develop and implement the service sales strategies
- Reporting of market intelligence to Senior Services Sales Manager to aid BRUSH strategies and enhance Service opportunities
- Feeding the customers voice into product development processes
- Contribute to the development of sales tools and promotional activity
- Initiate and maintain order intake and sales forecasts including assistance in setting the priorities for the Tendering/Project Management teams
- HNC or Equivalent in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- Knowledge and understanding of market for Transformer Service
- Demonstrable knowledge of sales & marketing techniques including commercial risk mitigation
- Proven track record in developing and maintaining highly effective working relationships.
- Proven track record in a business development/sales role
