Breakfast Club Assistant

We are looking at recruiting a Breakfast Club Assistant to join our wrap around care team at the school.

St Bartholomew’s is a larger than average primary school and owing to the working lives of many of our families there is need for quality child-care, outside of school hours, based in the school setting.

• a flexible approach and the adaptability to cope with the many different demands of the job;
• the skills to maintain a calm, purposeful environment with the patience and understanding to enable positive reinforcement of behaviour and inclusive practice, enabling all children to flourish;
• the ability to develop effective working relationships
• their aspiration for the experience pupils receive from their first welcome through to the very end of the day.
