GSL Education is seeking a confident and adaptable Cover Supervisor to work in one of the top-rated independent schools in the country, located in Loughborough. This role is ideal for individuals with experience in education or those looking to develop their career in teaching by working in a highly supportive and well-resourced environment.

As a Cover Supervisor, you will:

• Deliver pre-set lesson plans across a range of subjects to students in Key Stages 3 and 4.
• Supervise and manage classroom behaviour to ensure a productive learning environment.
• Support students in completing tasks and provide guidance where needed.
• Communicate effectively with teaching staff to ensure continuity of learning.

• Excellent levels of English and Maths.
• Strong financial management skills.
• The right to work in the UK.
• An Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to pay for a new one.
• Previous experience working with young people in an educational or coaching setting is desirable.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• A proactive and flexible approach to cover a variety of subjects.
