• Carry out training and assessing duties for apprentices and their employers in college and workplace.
• Support the growth of the Engineering Apprenticeship provision.
• Work with apprentices and staff to develop new knowledge, skills and behaviours.
• Collaborate with classroom and workplace supervisors to ensure consistent training delivery.

• Competency in the subject area.
• Appropriate assessor qualification (e.g., D32/D33/A1/TAQA) or willingness to work towards one.
• Minimum Level 3 qualification in the subject area.
• Experience of working with individuals to develop new knowledge, skills and behaviours.
