Job Title:
Bid Writer

Commercial Director
We are actively seeking a Bid Writer to prepare, write, and submit PQQ’s, SQ’s, ITT’s and proposals. You will work closely with our Commercial, Operations, Pre‑Construction, Project & QHSE Teams.
Key Responsibilities- Write and develop tender responses
- Coordinate input from stakeholders
- Maintain the bid library
- Prepare case studies and evidence packs
- Review client specifications
- Manage timelines
- Proofread and standardise documents
- 2+ years bid writing experience, preferably within the Construction/Fire Protection Industry
- Ability to translate technical information
- Highly organised
- Confident gathering information from staff
- Proficient in MS Office and procurement portals
