Busy Bees Loughborough is rated "Good" by Ofsted and has a capacity of 40 children. We provide a nurturing environment for babies, toddlers, and preschoolers, with dedicated rooms and spaces designed for each age group. Conveniently located on Storer Road, just off Ashby Road (A512), our nursery is about a 15-minute walk from Loughborough town centre. There are also several bus stops nearby for easy access via public transport: the Radmoor Road stop, served by buses 16, 126, 127, and X16, and the Burleigh Road stop, served by the Sprint bus.

• Ensure that educational strategies and practices are consistent across multiple rooms.
• Lead the planning and delivery of activities, adapting the curriculum to meet the diverse needs of the children.
• Mentor and develop Room Leaders, promoting a collaborative and high-performing team.
• Oversee the wellbeing and safeguarding of children, making necessary adaptations to support children with additional needs.
• Foster strong relationships with parents, keeping them informed of their child’s development.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and safeguarding protocols across the centre.

• Level 3 qualification or above in early years education.
• Experience in an early years setting, with supervisory or leadership experience ideally as a Senior Nursery Room Leader, Senior Nursery Room Manager or Senior Nursery Practitioner.
• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
• Ability to foster an inclusive and supportive environment for both children and team members.
