Residential Support Worker; RSW

Position: Residential Support Worker (RSW)
We are recruiting Residential Support Workers to join a brand-new solo EBD children’s home supporting one young person on a 2:1 staffing ratio.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a new home from the very beginning, where relationships, care and consistency come first.
Salary: £13 per hour | £60 per sleep

Hours:

165–173 hours per month (including 2 monthly team meetings)
Shift Pattern
We are very flexible and open to:

* Single shifts

* Double or triple shifts

* Long day sleeps (10 per month)
Long Day Sleep:
10am – 11pm | Sleep | 7am – 10.30am (handover)

* Support one child with emotional and behavioural difficulties

* Experience in residential childcare is essential

* Qualification is desirable but not essential

The Registered Manager and Deputy provide regular 1:1 development sessions, with a strong focus on growth, confidence and leadership.
