About the role

Reporting to the Account Controller the role is to head up the designated Customer Account/Accounts which involves responsibility for delivering the volume, profitability (GM/L and EBITDA), management and coordination of a direct and business-wide cross functional team, ensuring optimum performance, providing customer focus whilst generating sustained, profitable growth and forging stronger business partner relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and execute joint business plans, maintaining strong customer relationships and ensuring delivery of commercial objectives.
  • Partner closely with the Account Controller to achieve business unit goals, deliver price increases, and protect EBITDA.
  • Lead and coordinate all commercial activities, including product changes, forecasting updates, and new business opportunities aligned to strategy.
  • Manage customer financials, including sales ledger accountability, aged debt reduction, and minimising invoice queries.
  • Analyse and communicate key sales and performance data, evaluate commercial activities, and drive internal project teams to improve results.
  • Represent Refresco to the customer, ensuring high service levels, proactive communication, and competitive advantage through strong account management.
About you

The ideal candidate would be a customer-focused, graduate-calibre NAM with at least three years’ experience, strong FMCG Own Label and Brand knowledge, solid sector insight, proven project-management capability, and confident IT skills across Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
