We have a fantastic opportunity for a long-standing client who specialises in the lettings property industry, who are seeking a focused and proactive Credit Controller to join their team.

The successful candidate will have strong communication skills with previous experience in a Credit Control role, working in a modern, open-plan office, for a business with a strong reputation in the local area.

• Managing and chasing rent arrears
• Managing an inbox and responding to emails
• Monthly payment runs to landlords & contractors
• Bank account management and reconciliation
• Starting legal proceedings, working with Solicitors, and completing Claims online on behalf of the landlord
• General accounts and administration support to the Client Accounts Manager & Financial Director

• Experience in Credit Control
• Strong administration and organisational skills
• Proficient in using various software systems including Microsoft Packages, i.e. Excel
• Confident in making calls and managing difficult situations
• Long term career aims

• 30 days holiday inclusive of bank holidays. 1 extra day for every year that you have worked.
• Additional day for birthday off every year.
• Monday to Friday working 9am-5:30pm
• Quarterly paid socials and events.
