Day-to‑day responsibilities- Develop new business opportunities within domiciliary and in‑home care.
- Build strong relationships with agency owners and decision‑makers.
- Tailor proposals and demos to meet operational and compliance needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams and represent Access at sector events.
- Proven B2B sales experience with a track record of exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive, consultative approach.
- Knowledge of the domiciliary care sector is highly desirable.
- GCSEs in Maths and English required.
