THEOPPORTUNITY
Join True Sight Expand as a Senior Commercial Manager driving multi-million annual recurring revenue across HSC software companies. You'll leverage customer adoption data and telemetry insights to accelerate revenue growth, protect existing revenue, and deliver adoption-focused commercial outcomes across Access Group’s HSC portfolio of three software companies.
This is a high-impact role bridging Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success—transforming usage data into revenue opportunities through consultative selling, strategic account planning, and data-driven commercial initiatives.
WHAT YOU'LL DODrive Revenue Growth (multi-million annual target): Execute True Sight playbooks to identify and close opportunities across excess usage, contract equity, proactive GRR plays, data-qualified leads, legacy technology migrations, and capacity optimization. Manage full sales cycle from opportunity identification through contract execution, maintaining pipeline coverage and achieving minimum conversion rates.
Lead Cross-Functional Initiatives: Collaborate with assigned Software Company leadership teams and Division Board Members, participating in Development Management Team meetings to align True Sight strategies with 8i initiatives. Develop and oversee commercial programmes with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success that translate adoption insights into measurable revenue outcomes.
Master Data-Driven Selling: Transform customer telemetry data, usage patterns, and adoption metrics into compelling business cases. Identify improvements in adoption reporting and clearly communicate data requirements to analytics teams. Present confidently to C‑suite executives, demonstrating ROI through usage optimization, compliance management, and solution expansion.
Deliver Accurate Forecasting: Provide monthly revenue forecasts within tolerance. Manage opportunity pipeline, win rates, and sales cycle metrics. Attend customer meetings online and occasionally onsite, conducting Business Process Reviews and creating account plans that drive both customer success and revenue expansion.
Build Strategic Relationships: Develop trusted advisor status with customers across Local Government and Healthcare sectors. Resolve commercial challenges diplomatically while maintaining strong relationships. Draft clear, high-quality agreements that balance customer needs with Access objectives, typically structured on +3-year terms.
Take Ownership: Full accountability for all revenue targets linked to your assigned territories. Lead adoption-led projects, coordinate campaigns with Marketing, and ensure all commercial objectives are met through proactive, detail-driven execution.
