I’m supporting a reputable and growing accounting firm in Leicestershire that is looking for an experienced Audit & Accounts Senior to join their dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied role, combining audit work with accounts preparation, while playing a key part in client relationship management and business development.

• Leading audits from planning through to completion for a diverse client portfolio.
• Preparing statutory accounts and management accounts for SMEs and owner-managed businesses.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships, providing tailored advice and support.
• Assisting in growing the client base through networking and proactive engagement.
• Supporting day-to-day accounting tasks and mentoring junior team members.

• ACA/ACCA qualified or part-qualified with relevant practice experience.
• Strong technical knowledge in audit and accounts preparation.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to client service.
  
  Ability to manage deadlines and work collaboratively within a team.
