As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a commercial real estate location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help deter security-related incidents and provide a welcoming presence. You will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to support a secure environment, and deliver exceptional customer service and communication.

** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and engaging in emergency response activities as needed.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.

+ Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related incidents to the appropriate personnel.

+ Maintain a visible Allied Universal presence to help to deter unwanted behavior within the premises.

+ Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and/or employees at the location.

+ Document all activities, observations, and/or incidents as required by site protocols.

* Minimum Requirements:

*
* + At least 6 months of armed security-related, law enforcement, and/or military experience is required.

+ Must be at least 21 years of age.

+ Access control and badge experience is preferred.

+ Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

+ Customer service experience is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
