As an Applebee's Server, you will be our guests’ first and last impression. You must be friendly, make recommendations, anticipate the needs of the guest, work hard, and have a great time doing it.

Must be able to exert well‑paced mobility for up to four (4) hours in length, safely reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 25 pounds. Must transport plates, glasses, and baskets to and from the dining room, service bar, and kitchen approximately 30 times per shift, and be able to wear protective hand coverings, face coverings/masks, and disinfectant cleaning supplies throughout the shift.

Must wash hands with disinfecting soap as required.
