Home Visiting Manager

MECA Therapies is looking for a Home Visiting Manager to join our professional team.

MECA Therapies is the largest pediatric rehabilitation provider in New Mexico. Our mission is to ensure that families and children have access to high-quality care in the communities we serve.

Position Description: The Home Visiting (HV) Manager oversees MECA Therapies' Home Visiting Programs, ensuring smooth operations and effective service delivery aligned with the 2024 New Mexico Home Visiting Program Standards and Parents as Teachers Quality Standards. The HV Manager collaborates with the Regional Director to organize, facilitate, and coordinate program activities, including data management, reporting, budget tracking, and community engagement. They also provide administrative supervision and reflective support to home visitors.

Home Visitor/Parent Educator: Provide comprehensive, culturally competent, family-centered home visiting services to families prenatally and with young children, following the 2024 standards, PAT requirements, and quality standards. Support parents as their child's first teachers, ensuring development and promoting safe, nurturing relationships, prevention strategies, and overall wellbeing.

Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree preferred in Social Work, Counseling, Early Childhood Development, Infant Studies, or related field, or 4-10 years of relevant experience. Must obtain a Level I or higher Infant Mental Health Endorsement within two years of hire.

• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed

Essential Duties:

Program Oversight: Develop and implement procedures, manage program activities, oversee documentation, participate in meetings, promote the program, and develop recruitment strategies.

Staff Supervision and Development: Train and support staff, conduct supervision, ensure licensure and certifications, and facilitate professional development.

Data and Reporting: Collect, manage, and report data accurately; maintain family and program records; ensure compliance with HIPAA and other standards.

Caseload and Productivity Management: Monitor caseloads, ensure productivity goals are met, and adjust as needed.

Family Services: Conduct home visits, developmental screenings, family engagement, and support resource access.

Training and Supervision: Oversee staff training, reflective supervision, and ensure ongoing professional growth.
