General Construction Estimator
Responsibilities- Review and interpret blueprints, specifications, and project documents
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for federal and state construction projects
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure accurate bids
- Utilize Microsoft Excel, Word, PDF converter tools, and Microsoft Project for documentation and scheduling
- Maintain organized records of estimates and proposals
- Proven experience as a construction estimator
- Strong knowledge of blueprint reading
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, PDF converter tools, and Microsoft Project
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Work on impactful federal and state projects
- Be part of a respected team in the Los Lunas community
