Position SummaryLooking for an on‑campus job where you can help other students and build real‑world office skills? Join the UNM–Valencia Enrollment Services team as a primary point of contact for students and visitors. The Enrollment Services First Stop Representative supports admissions, financial aid, and other related office operations in a professional, friendly manner to ensure an welcoming and efficient student‑centered experience.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional customer service with a positive, courteous, and professional attitude.
- Process student admissions and registration transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Scan, index, and organize documents with attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Answer phones and assist with general inquiries, connecting students to appropriate campus resources.
- Support daily office operations with strong attention to detail, organization, and teamwork.
- Work with a supportive team in a fun, student‑focused office.

Preferred Qualifications- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Strong organizational skills and a commitment to accuracy and confidentiality.
- A team player who’s reliable, friendly, and ready to learn.
- Financial Aid Work Study Award.
- Experience with data entry and document filing systems.
- Demonstrated customer service experience.
- Availability to assist with department opening (prior to 8 a.m.) or closing (until 5 p.m.).
