Orange theory Fitness is led by highly skilled coaches and offers a heart‑rate‑based, total‑body group workout incorporating endurance, strength, and power elements on treadmills, rowing machines, TRX Suspension Training, and free weights. The workout guarantees maximum results by combining science, coaching, and technology to boost energy, tone, and metabolism for a supercharged afterburn and confidence.

This position suits those passionate about health and wellness who provide top‑notch service and are goal‑oriented.

You will meet and exceed key performance sales indicators, including membership sales and renewals, retail, and concession sales. By delivering exemplary customer service, you will also boost member retention, increase workout traffic, and maintain a positive, safe studio environment.

• Cultivate genuine, experience‑focused connections with members and guests, answering questions, resolving concerns, and conducting outreach regarding membership status.
• Ensure a friendly, helpful, and inclusive experience for all members and guests.
• Deliver an exceptional and versatile sales and service experience.
• Commit to a safe and clean studio environment.
• Maintain accurate records using OTF sales systems.
• Perform telephone inquiries, follow‑up calls, and customer care calls.
• Host OTF studio tours with prospects and/or fitness program holders.
• Greet members and guests promptly, energetically, and with a smile.
• Maintain an organized and clean work environment.
• Respond immediately to member requests, inquiries, and concerns.
• Execute proper onboarding of all OTF members through essential Client Intake and Membership Agreement forms.
• Attend and participate in all relevant OTF training programs, events, and meetings.
• Establish and maintain an effective referral program.
• Follow the daily studio cleaning checklist (pre/during/post) shift activities.
• Maintain an organized and clean lobby/front desk area.
• Process accurate credit‑card transactions.
• Perform follow‑up and follow‑through activities with all prospective clients.
• Work closely with the Fitness Team to ensure processes are fulfilled.

• High‑level customer service skills.
• Previous sales experience with strong sales prowess; experience in a quota‑bearing structure highly preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and excel in a fast‑paced environment.
• Functional computer skills (Microsoft Office, site navigation, reporting, data entry).
• Flexibility to work daytime, evening, holiday, and/or weekend hours as needed.
• Ability to work and function in an ORANGE TEAM environment.
• High school diploma.
• Health and fitness‑minded individuals highly preferred.
