Centonove is an upscale, Italian restaurant located in the heart of downtown Los Gatos. We are a gathering place for guests to relax, enjoy the food and drink of Italy, while they connect with friends and family. Our lunch and dinner menu offers traditional handmade pastas, gourmet pizzas and an extensive Italian wine menu--as well as Italian beers and traditional cocktails.

Responsibilities:

Maintain an exceptional level of customer service, hospitality and professionalism in a fast-paced environment

Explain menu items and provide recommendations based on customers’ needs

Serve food and beverages to guests in an upscale dining environment

Clean, prepare and set the dining areas before, during and after service

Find ways to support the FOH and BOH teams during your shifts

Take phone reservations and orders, expedite takeout and delivery

Perform other restaurant duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Previous experience in customer service, food service, or other related fields

Ability to build rapport with guests and provide excellent customer service

Thrive in a fast-paced, high energy restaurant environment

Reliability, consistency and a great attitude

Excellent verbal communication skills

RBS certified (within 30 days of hire)

Serve Safe certified (within 30 days of hire)
