• What You’ll Do You will own the details while keeping the big picture in mind, ensuring client care, transactions, and team coordination flow seamlessly.
• Executive-Level Support: Manage high-level emails, calls, and calendars to keep Olga on track and focused on growth.
• Operations Management: Optimize existing systems, refine processes, coordinate with the marketing coordinator and field assistant, and monitor budgets/ROI.
• Transaction Coordination: Ensure contracts are compliant and all parties are informed from start to close.
• Listing & Buyer Support: Coordinate vendors, organize showings, and prepare offer packages for high-end listings.
• Client Care: Deliver concierge-level service before, during, and after transactions to maintain our "lifelong fan" client base.
