As an HCM Strategic Implementation Manager, you will lead end-to-end implementation projects for our clients, ensuring seamless transitions to new HCM systems. This role is ideal for someone with a strategic mindset, deep knowledge of HCM platforms, and a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences.

• Lead White Glove Implementations:
  Manage the full lifecycle of HCM implementations, ensuring projects are delivered on time and exceed client expectations.
• Strategic Guidance:
  Provide expert-level strategic advice to clients on best practices for optimizing their HCM systems.

• Experience:
  
  3+ years of experience in HCM implementations or related roles, preferably with Paylocity, Paycor, or similar platforms.
