Network Deployment Manager-Construction Projects

Job Summary

We are seeking a Network Deployment Manager to oversee our technical office and creative space buildouts across Los Gatos, Los Angeles, or New York locations. This role encompasses direct involvement in the technical program management of network infrastructure projects, requiring strong strategic planning and partnership development skills. The successful candidate will lead network design and deployment efforts, bridging the gap between technical requirements and creative vision, ensuring successful delivery within construction environments.

• Drive the delivery of network infrastructure to support both creative and business functions within the company.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to manage low voltage design and Layer 1 infrastructure deployment across various construction projects.
• Serve as the primary technical liaison, coordinating between project managers, technical teams, and stakeholders to ensure effective network deployment.
• Manage project logistics from resource allocation to delivery, ensuring projects meet timelines and budgetary constraints.
• Develop and adapt project plans based on tactical learnings to continuously improve and evolve deployment strategies.

• Demonstrable experience in network deployment, specifically within Layer 1 infrastructure.
• Strong skills in strategic and partnership development, capable of leading and working alongside peers and stakeholders.
• Proven track record in managing complex vendor and construction/design issues within the construction industry.

• Extensive project or program management experience within technical deployments, preferably related to construction and design projects.
• Experience in studio or production technology environments is highly desirable.
