Sr. Product Manager - Recommendations

• Partner with cross-functional PMs, Subscription business leads, Partnerships, Data science, and UX/ UXR teams to define a high-impact ML Personalization & Optimization roadmap.
• Draft, get consensus on, and drive Product roadmaps based on in-depth research and analytics insights.
• Be strategic in thoughtfully articulating what success looks like for each feature and the best way to reduce user and business risks (E.g., building MVPs, early hypothesis testing, lab testing).
• Author PRDs/ feature guides and get cross-functional feedback to enable the Engg teams to develop features that meet business and user needs.
• Champion execution by partnering closely with ML Research and Engineering, Merchandizing, and Analytics to execute the roadmap and take capabilities to the next level.

• 7+ years of experience in Product Management, shipping products with engineers, designers, and data scientists resulting in significant business impact.
• Executed in the capacity of AI/ML-driven Consumer experiences champion who can define personalization features, think at scale, and drive a highly iterative Data science/ML-driven feature development framework.
• Data fluency and are familiar with ranking and relevance, have worked on large-scale recommendations/ search/ marketplace systems
• A strong business sense and ability to articulate nuanced product requirements to ML Recommendations engineering.
• Ran complex AB experimentation to evaluate features and measured incremental KPI lift.
• Articulated a vision and roadmap to internal and external stakeholders and worked towards a buy-in.
