What You’ll Do
Arycs Technologies is looking for a hands-on Manufacturing Test Engineer with a passion for automation, Python, and solving real-world hardware challenges.
This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who’s eager to learn, build, and make a real impact in a fast-paced, well-funded startup. You’ll report directly to the Chief Operating Officer and work cross-functionally to shape the future of our production testing systems.
Test Automation Development- Write and maintain Python-based code to automate test flows, control lab instruments, and log test results at scale.
- Set up and run optical/electrical tests using tools like BERTs, power meters, spectrum analyzers, and oscilloscopes.
- Assist in analyzing test data to identify trends, troubleshoot failures, and improve product and process reliability.
- Help build internal resources, such as test procedures, troubleshooting guides, and onboarding documents, to support smooth scaling.
- Work closely with hardware, firmware, and operations teams to ensure alignment between test systems and production goals.
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, or a related technical field.
- Strong Python programming skills, particularly for test automation, data processing, or hardware interfacing.
- Familiarity with lab instruments like BERTs, power meters, and oscilloscopes.
- A curious, hands-on mindset and eagerness to learn new tools and technologies.
- Clear communication skills with a collaborative approach—ask clarifying questions and contribute to team discussions.
- Ability to work across time zones and travel internationally as needed for project support and test process rollout.
- Work directly with top engineers in optics, firmware, and hardware.
- Help build tools and systems that scale from pilot production to high-volume deployment.

- 3+ years of work experience with Test Engineering
- 4+ years of work experience with Python (Programming Language)
- 4+ years of work experience with Test Automation Tools
