What You’ll Do

Arycs Technologies is looking for a hands-on Manufacturing Test Engineer with a passion for automation, Python, and solving real-world hardware challenges.

This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who’s eager to learn, build, and make a real impact in a fast-paced, well-funded startup. You’ll report directly to the Chief Operating Officer and work cross-functionally to shape the future of our production testing systems.

Test Automation Development
  • Write and maintain Python-based code to automate test flows, control lab instruments, and log test results at scale.
Hands-On Test Execution
  • Set up and run optical/electrical tests using tools like BERTs, power meters, spectrum analyzers, and oscilloscopes.
Data Collection & Analysis
  • Assist in analyzing test data to identify trends, troubleshoot failures, and improve product and process reliability.
Documentation & Reporting
  • Help build internal resources, such as test procedures, troubleshooting guides, and onboarding documents, to support smooth scaling.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with hardware, firmware, and operations teams to ensure alignment between test systems and production goals.
What You Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, or a related technical field.
  • Strong Python programming skills, particularly for test automation, data processing, or hardware interfacing.
  • Familiarity with lab instruments like BERTs, power meters, and oscilloscopes.
  • A curious, hands-on mindset and eagerness to learn new tools and technologies.
  • Clear communication skills with a collaborative approach—ask clarifying questions and contribute to team discussions.
  • Ability to work across time zones and travel internationally as needed for project support and test process rollout.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Authorized to work in the United States. No visa sponsorship required
  • 3+ years of work experience with Test Engineering
  • 4+ years of work experience with Python (Programming Language)
  • 4+ years of work experience with Test Automation Tools
