• Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest experience by delivering the service standard.
• Greet guests and assist with daily tasks to create a welcoming environment.
• Engage with guests to understand and solve their needs; resolve guest concerns as appropriate.
• Inform guests about current promos, store activities, and events.
• Be knowledgeable about tools, products, and services to solve issues and improve the guest experience.
• Explain Target Loyalty programs and assist with enrollment as needed.
• Scan and bag items accurately and efficiently, complying with safety standards and best practices.
• Minimize guest wait time while maintaining service and accuracy.
• Explain and demonstrate features of the Target App, including Wallet; direct guests to use Order Pick-Up, Drive Up, and online ordering features.
• Assist with returns per policy and collaborate with leaders to resolve guest needs.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and stock supplies during store hours.
• Demonstrate ethical conduct, safety, and compliance; work safely and report hazards.
• Support guest services such as order pick up, drive-up, and related duties while complying with applicable laws and policies.
• All other duties based on business needs.

• Ability to educate guests about products and services; comfortable with multiple devices and scanners; able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Ability to stay focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

• Accurate checkout operations and support for cash office tasks as needed.
• Ability to lift up to 10 pounds frequently and up to 44 pounds occasionally without assistance.
• Flexible schedule (nights, weekends, holidays) with reliable attendance; able to stay mobile for shift duration.
• Willingness to work in varying temperatures and environments, including during Drive-Up and pickup activities.
