This particular hospital is around 50+ beds and has won several awards for clinical excellence and patient first service.

They have an immediate opening for a Superstar to lead their Quality department to new heights.

This position serves as primary support to clinical and operational leadership in monitoring and evaluating processes for outcomes management, performance improvement, patient safety and regulatory compliance. Develops and coordinates components of the Healthcare's Clinical Effectiveness and Performance Improvement (PI) Program. Facilitates clinical improvement activities utilizing PI methodologies and serves as a resource to assist and train others on performance improvement methodologies and evidence-based patient safety and quality initiatives.

Provides all levels of management, physicians, and clinical staff with accurate and timely information for effective decision making utilizing internal and external decision support systems.

Bachelor's:
Management, public health, nursing, business administration, organizational leadership or related field.

• RN-Registered Nurse of California
• OR MD-Medical Doctor

• 5 years recent relevant experience.
