Base pay range: $39.50/hr - $62.50/hr.

• $5,000 retention package offered.
• Minimum 12 months professional experience as a Registered Dietitian in a clinical nutrition setting required.
• 24-30 hours/week Monday-Friday; additional hours possible with remote coverage.

• State licensure required if licensure is available in the state where the facility is located.
• Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a similar area required.
• Flexibility to work across multiple facilities and travel as needed.
• After hire and training, successful completion of the Competency Assessment for Renal Dietitians (CARD) with a score of at least 80% required.
• Intermediate computer skills and proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook required as well as functional proficiency with DaVita specific applications within 60 days.
