• Receive incoming shipments, unload trucks, and verify contents against purchase orders or invoices.
• Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves, or bins according to organizational standards.
• Maintain inventory controls by keeping accurate records of goods received and shipped.
• Perform regular inventory counts to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
• Prepare and package orders for shipment, ensuring they are accurately labeled and documented.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently.
• Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Collaborate with other team members to fulfill customer orders and meet deadlines.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues regarding inventory levels, stock replenishment, and any issues affecting warehouse operations.
• Follow all company policies and procedures regarding safety, security, and inventory management.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment preferred.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management.
• Proficiency in using warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks (certification may be required).
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management software is a plus.
• Flexibility to work in various shifts, including nights and weekends, as needed.
• Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and following all safety protocols.
• Work is performed in dry warehouse and freezer warehouse settings

• Freezer warehouse work involves exposure to cold temperatures
  , requiring the use of appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
• The role may require transitioning between ambient (room temperature) and cold storage areas throughout the shift.
• Noise levels are moderate to high due to warehouse equipment and activity.
